John brought several NLP techniques to the table that were previously unknown to the attendees - but John's outstanding ability to present/illustrate the importance of using NLP techniques in our daily lives both on/off the job - were just incredible and are being utilized daily by the attendees. John taught us the importance of effective communication in dealing with day to day events and how NLP can make a significant difference.
